Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using SecureContext, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you are using SecureContext on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Product description

SecureContext is a software product that provides a secure MCP gateway for connecting internal company systems to AI development tools.

SecureContext is typically deployed within the customer’s infrastructure and operated by the customer.

License and usage

Evaluation (Community)

  • Non-production use only
  • Limited features and connectors
  • No SLA or support guarantees

Paid licenses (Core / Enterprise)

  • Subject to a commercial agreement
  • Production use permitted
  • Feature availability depends on license tier

Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Deploying SecureContext securely
  • Managing credentials and access
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and laws
  • Configuring connectors and permissions appropriately

SecureContext does not assume responsibility for misuse or misconfiguration.

Support and availability

Support levels vary by plan:

  • Community: documentation only
  • Core: email support
  • Enterprise: dedicated support and SLA (as agreed)

SecureContext does not guarantee uninterrupted operation outside agreed SLAs.

Data ownership

You retain full ownership of:

  • Your data
  • Your knowledge sources
  • Your configurations

SecureContext claims no ownership over customer data processed through the software.

Intellectual property

SecureContext and its associated software, documentation, and trademarks are the intellectual property of SecureContext.

Customers may not:

  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Redistribute binaries without permission
  • Remove licensing or copyright notices

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SecureContext is provided “as is”
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid under the applicable license

Termination

Licenses may be terminated:

  • At the end of the agreed term
  • For breach of terms
  • As specified in a commercial agreement

Upon termination, customers must discontinue use unless otherwise agreed.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction specified in your commercial agreement, or otherwise by default jurisdiction.
